The FillPak eco-friendly packing paper systems offer an economical all-in-one recyclable void fill solution. FillPak paper is quite simply a superb environmentally-friendly brown paper which is both flexible and durable - perfect for instant packaging void fill.

Fanfold strong Kraft paper is quickly converted into a star configuration, saving labour-intensive paper scrunching by hand and producing a great shock absorber to plug gaps in boxes and prevent goods shifting around during transit.

This packing paper is an excellent choice for many general packing purposes and is available in both simple FillPak manual and high-speed electronic versions, both of which are designed with improved productivity in mind!

    The FillPak Manual converter is an ultra-simple method of producing void fill as and where you want it. A totally eco-friendly packaging solution, it weighs only 4kg, needs no electricity or battery and takes up only a small amount of space. It comes with a height-adjustable table clamp. The fanfold single layer packing paper is easy to load and pull through the converter, with perforations every 18.6cm.

    The FillPak TT offers a fast, automatic delivery of the packaging void fill, processing at 1.4m per second. Weighing 8kg and conveniently operated by a foot pedal, it is height-adjustable and can be tilted as required.

    Both converters can easily be positioned at workstations, with the packing paper taking up far less space than traditional rolls of wrapping paper.
