We have 3 manual and 2 automatic gummed tape dispensers. The high-capacity BP555 and competitively priced BP500 are electronic, while the EPS80, 3S and BP333 are manual machines designed respectively for entry level, low volume and higher volume use. All except the EPS80 are compatible with reinforced paper tapes in addition to plain paper tapes.
This sturdy Tegrabond BP555 model is one of the most popular automatic tape dispensers, combining high performance with cost-effectiveness. It is easy to use, fast to operate and durable, with one-touch dispensing and cutting of 25-76mm width tapes at 1.14m per second. The maximum roll length is 303m. Suitable for both plain and reinforced water activated tapes.
The high-capacity machine weighs 15kg and is built for heavy use, with a steel frame and impact-resistant ABS plastic. It has an integral 1.89 litre reservoir and wetting system which evenly activates the adhesive across the whole tape width. To prevent corrosion, every part of the machine in contact with water is made from either stainless steel or plastic.
The packer simply taps colour-coded buttons to dispense pre-set tape lengths from 150-145mm and in 12.7mm increments up to 305cm. The tape is pre-moistened and cut to precise lengths for accurate application. There is an automatic repeat function to dispense further tape lengths as they are taken. It is built to last with a steel frame and powder coated mild steel casing. It has an integral 1.89 litre reservoir and wetting system which evenly activates the adhesive across the whole tape width.
The fully automatic tape dispenser is designed for tapes of 25-76mm width, dispensing at 1.14m per second. Suitable for both plain and reinforced water activated tapes. Maximum roll length 183m. Colour coded keys are used to dispense pre-set popular tape lengths from 152-114mm, with random tape length dispensing up to 305cm. It has a self-oiling blade, safety lock system when the cover is open and an adjustable top heater for maximising adhesion.
This manually operated paper tape dispenser from Tegrabond provides excellent performance without needing a nearby power supply. Offering rapid and consistent dispensing of plain or reinforced water activated tapes 37.5-76mm wide, the machine dispenses up to 76cm per lever stroke. Maximum roll length 182m. Water is fed to the dispensing head from the 1.3 litre reservoir where it is wetted to activate the adhesive across the tape width and cut cleanly for a neat, professional carton seal.
To pre-set the length you adjust a stop mechanism for the feed lever. The tape is automatically cut to the correct length as the lever is pulled forward.
